Our Process
Each of the tiles are made to order, just for you! Shades of color may be different in person than on a computer screen, so we recommend ordering a sample to make sure you like what you see. Please note, there may be a slight tonal variation from batch to batch, but we dial our production in pretty tight to make sure each run blends well.

A great way to explore our tiles before committing to an installation is to purchase a sample. Samples are limited to 1 per design, with a maximum of 5 samples total. If you’re having trouble narrowing things down, email us at sales@haustileco.com for assistance.
Ready to Order?
Taxes and shipping are calculated at check out. We recommend adding an additional 10% of square footage to ensure you’ll have enough tile for your project due to breaks, cuts, and other installation waste. Better to have a bit of attic stock rather than pay your installer for a second visit!
Please note, cancellations are not allowed once orders have been glazed. While we do not accept returns, we do have a one-year warranty policy—check it outhere!
When will I receive my tile?
