Once you've reached out, we will set up a meeting with one of our in-house designers who will walk through your design inspiration and goals for your next project, big or small.
Whether you’re making simple color changes to one of our existing designs, creating something using your own artwork, or starting completely from scratch with nothing but an idea, we’ll work with you to create a design that truly reflects your style and your space.
After the project quote is approved and the design fee is taken care of, we get to work bringing your idea to life. Our design team will dial in the color palette, create mockups, and show you digital renderings, keeping you involved every step of the way.
After you approve the digital designs, we’ll send a physical sample so you can see the final look up close. Once everything gets your final thumbs-up, we can kick off production!
Lastly, we finalize your design and give the factory the green light, and move into production. Your order will be made and delivered within 6–8 weeks of final approval. For more complex designs, like murals or intricate patterns, your tiles will arrive with a custom installation guide to make the process easy and straightforward.
We love seeing how it all comes together, so don’t forget to send us photos during the install. Even better, share the finished installation shot so we can see your custom tile in all its glory!
